Job Description:
Perform import, export, and change or regimen operations in compliance with applicable regulations and restrictions, as well as support for the efficient transport of products, materials, tools, and equipment to their destination.
• Preparation of export/import documents & change of regimen complying with the requirements of the destination country
• Recording information in the Inventory Control System
• Provides the U.S. and Mexican customs agent with the information required for the correct tariff classification to be determined.
• Verify that established delivery times and quantities of merchandise are met with Warehouse personnel.
• In case the goods meet all the requirements authorize the export of these. If not, carry out all the necessary procedures and/or request missing information.
• Updates the export database.
• Verify that Warehouse has correctly the list of materials to be exported.
• Coordinates the export taking care of the following points: punctuality of the driver, verifies that the customs documentation in both Mexico and the United States has been prepared correctly.
• Provides the Mexican customs agent/agent with the relevant information for the Mexican customs agent to consolidate export requests.
• Receives and reviews documentation by customs agents.
• BOM analysis and reports
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in international commerce, Business Administration,
Minimum experience of 1 year
English 65%.
