 Import & Strategic Procurement Specialist

Brenntag Israel is seeking an Import & Supply Chain Specialist to identify and develop local and international suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements, manage end-to-end import operations, and control local supply chain and logistics costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select local and international suppliers.

• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms.

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Manage import operations from purchase order placement through final delivery.

• Coordinate with local authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.

• Monitor shipments, delivery schedules, and customs clearance activities.

• Control and monitor local import and logistics costs, including freight, customs, warehousing, and distribution expenses.

• Manage procurement and import documentation.

• Work extensively with SAP R/3 and other business systems.

• Prepare reports and analyze data using Excel.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in import and Strategic Procurement .

• Strong experience in sourcing and negotiating with local and international suppliers.

• Solid knowledge of import procedures, customs regulations, and international logistics.

• Experience in cost control and cost analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Experience working with SAP R/3.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

לחברה העוסקת בייבוא חומרי גלם דרוש/ה אחראי/ת יבוא ושרשרת אספקה. התפקיד כולל איתור ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל, ניהול משא ומתן מסחרי, אחריות על תהליכי הייבוא מקצה לקצה, בקרה וניהול עלויות בארץ וניהול הקשר השוטף עם כלל הגורמים המעורבים בשרשרת האספקה.

תחומי אחריות:

• איתור, בחינה ובחירת ספקים מקומיים ובינלאומיים (Sourcing).

• ניהול משא ומתן מסחרי עם ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל.

• ניהול קשרי ספקים ושיפור תנאי התקשרות.

• אחריות מלאה על תהליכי הייבוא משלב ההזמנה ועד הגעת הסחורה למחסן.

• עבודה מול רשויות מקומיות, עמילי מכס, משלחים בינלאומיים וחברות לוגיסטיקה.

• מעקב אחר משלוחים, זמני אספקה ותהליכי שחרור ממכס.

• בקרה וניהול עלויות הייבוא והלוגיסטיקה בארץ, לרבות עלויות שילוח, מכס, אחסנה והפצה.

• ניהול הזמנות ותיעוד מסחרי.

• עבודה שוטפת במערכתSAP R/3 ובמערכות ממוחשבות נוספות.

• הפקת דוחות וניתוחים באמצעותExcel.

דרישות:

• ניסיון מוכח בתחום הייבוא ורכש אסטרטגי .

• ניסיון באיתור ספקים ובניהול משא ומתן עם ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל.

• ידע והיכרות עם תהליכי יבוא, מכס ושילוח בינלאומי.

• ניסיון בבקרה וניהול עלויות.

• שליטה מלאה ביישומיOffice, בדגש עלExcel.

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכתSAP R/3.

• יכולת עבודה בסביבה מרובת משימות (Multitasking).

• יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, בכתב ובעל פה.
