Job Description

The main objective of the candidate will be to ensure the correct flow, planning, and operational management of shipments, including customs procedures.

Responsibilities:

•Management of shipping and invoicing documents (including samples, material returns, Intercompany shipments, and shipments of various materials)

•Imports (quotation requests, documentation control, customs forms archiving, etc.)

•Control and management of customs procedures

•Transport organization

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics or related field
  • Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
  • Familiarity with main Incoterms and transport documents (CMR, AWB, B/L, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ERP management systems, preferably SAP
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Customer-oriented approach and good relationships with suppliers and carriers
  • Proactivity and flexibility
  • Goal-oriented mindset
