Job Summary

Hawthorn River, a Computer Services Inc. (CSI) company, is seeking an Implementation Specialist II who will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and completion of Loan Origination Software projects while remaining aligned with the strategy and goals of Hawthorn River and CSI.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement projects 

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables 

  • Define tasks and required resources 

  • Manage various project stakeholders 

  • Manage the project budget 

  • Allocate project resources 

  • Create a project schedule and timeline 

  • Report on the project status 

  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as issues and resolutions


Job Requirements

  • At least four years experience working as a project manager and/or implementation specialist in the Fintech or banking industry 

  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project. 

  • Proficiency in conducting remote presentations and meetings 

  • Proficiency in SmartSheet usage 

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and to external clients and vendors.

Work Environment

Travel: Less than 10%
