- What you will do
Technical Integration & Configuration: Execute complex API integrations (REST) and manage the technical setup of digital wallets and physical terminals.
API & Endpoint Validation: Use tools like Postman to validate endpoints and ensure seamless data flow between merchants and our PSP systems.
Automation & AI Collaboration: Work in parallel with AI-driven workflows to identify manual bottlenecks. Review and analyse automation results to diagnose and fix broken scripts or API callback errors.
Certificate Management: Handle the lifecycle management of digital certificates to ensure secure and uninterrupted gateway configurations.
Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct deep-dive technical analysis into integration errors or configuration mismatches to provide rapid resolutions.
SLA & Quality Adherence: Meet all project deadlines, volume targets, and SLAs while following established SOPs.
Documentation: Maintain clear, concise project documentation in Confluence and track all active work streams via Jira.
Industry Experience: 1+ years in FinTech, specifically with PSP systems, Gateways, and Merchants.
Tooling: Proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of REST API basics, API endpoints, and troubleshooting callbacks.
Hardware/Soft-pay: Direct experience with Terminal and Wallet configuration and API certificates.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English for technical coordination and stakeholder updates.
Mindset: Understanding of AI principles for process optimization and high adaptability to shifting priorities.
Initiative: A self-starter who actively looks for ways to improve system efficiency without being prompted.
