YOU WILL VIBE WITH US

The Implementation Specialist will report to the Back-Office Manager of the Customer Care team and will play a key role in the onboarding of Customers on Edenred’s new Engagement platform (Reward Gateway).
 

He/she will be in charge of:

• Creating tailored implementation plans to present at Customer meetings (both remote and on-site) during the implementation process

• Managing project planning and delivering the implementation of new Customer programs, ensuring projects are on time and to a standard of service that exceeds the Customer’s expectations

• Acting as Customer champion during the implementation process and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

• Plan and deliver system trainings

• Provide creative and customized solutions to meet Customer’s individual needs within the scope of our product’s capabilities and the solutions on the Customer’s contract

• Test and troubleshoot final system setups on delivery and implementation/project plans for your projects

• Partner with the Sales and Customer Care team to support them to understand the technical details in each implementation project

• Briefing the Customer Care and product teams as needed pre and post-implementation, ensuring feedback is given in line with our values

• Ensuring customer database is accurate and up to date

• Demonstrating excellent technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

• You have 5 years experience in a business-related function (sales, marketing, business analysis,...), during which you have proven successful customer-facing and project management experience in a fast-paced environment.

• You have a Master degree.

• You are trilingual (Dutch, French, English)

You have demonstrated:

• Excellent presentation skills

• Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Superb organisational skills and attention to detail

• Practical and the ability to prioritize, with strong planning skills

• Able to react and respond quickly and effectively

• Dealing confidently with senior stakeholders and great at building internal and external relationships

• Stress resistance and ability to work against tight deadlines

EXPECTED START DATE: Position available immediately

LOCATION: Brussels (Auderghem). Client visits are to be expected throughout Belgium.
