Job Description::

We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Specialist to act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations. This pivotal role is responsible for partnering closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of Ocrolus. The ideal candidate will bring to the table strong technical skills, particularly in Salesforce, to adeptly troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation. Coupled with “strong client hands” for exceptional relationship management and a driven sense of urgency, the Implementation Specialist will ensure clients are onboarded efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do:

  • Technical Implementation Expertise: Leverage in-depth Salesforce knowledge to assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues, ensuring a seamless integration of Ocrolus into their systems.
  • Client Relationship Mastery: Develop and nurture trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs deeply and acting as a reliable advisor throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with internal teams—Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations—to facilitate a coordinated and efficient implementation process.
  • Drive for Urgency: Maintain a high sense of urgency throughout the client implementation process, prioritizing swift action and responsiveness to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Project Management: Employ strong organizational and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues that arise during implementation, providing effective solutions and strengthening client relationships.
  • Influence and Alignment: Influence both client decisions and internal stakeholder alignment to advance projects and achieve successful outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+Years of experience is preferred
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, prioritizing rapid integration and implementation.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and to satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Autonomous worker with outstanding time management and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
