Job Description
You’ll have an analytical and software application background, decent knowledge about industrial, retail supply chain network and operation processes, and experience in project management from technical implementation perspective.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Asset Serialization+ Initiative Implementation – Work closely with Brambles Digital R&D team to implement the S+ solution; responsible for system configuration, identifying gaps and features required from the minimal viable product, providing data analytics on wood pool serialization testing and helping serialization initiative milestone owners to develop operational capabilities.
- Plan and implement Serialization projects as initiative is extended to new countries.
- Digital Solution Delivery – Partner with business users to understand detail business requirements, provide mapping requirements and solutions, help with implementations and analysis, conduct system setup and customized configurations, document results of applications, review and evaluate technical issues and processes.
- Customer Engagement & Satisfaction – Serve as major interface and liaison with business users throughout the solution delivery and postmortem session.
- Project Management – Manage projects from solution implementation perspective, create staged plans and milestones, risk assessment and mitigation actions, drive results, hands on to trouble shoot, report out to project sponsors on a needed basis.
- Customer Service - On-board user training and support.
- User Acceptance Testing – Work with in-house team to conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the end-to-end solution is reliable and repeatable on all user cases.
- Zero Harm – Ensure all operations are compliance with Zero Harm framework with all Zero Harm policies and action plans are fully implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science/computer engineering
- Knowledge/Experience in deploying web applications
- Work experience as software consultant is a plus
- Rich project Management experience and/or certification
- Knowledge/Experience in FMCG and Retail supply chain would be preferred
