Role: Implementation Specialist (Dental / RCM Focus)
Needletail is hiring an experienced leader to lead customer onboarding and implementation. This role sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge, customer success, and technology.
You will onboard new customers, guide them through implementation, and serve as the primary point of contact. You will ensure successful adoption of Needletail’s AI-driven Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services and maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers
* Act as the primary liaison for all assigned accounts
* Drive implementation of Needletail’s RCM solutions
* Communicate clearly with customers to ensure smooth adoption
* Support customers with operational and workflow alignment
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve delivery
Requirements
* Strong understanding of the dental industry (good to have)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident working directly with customers
* Comfortable with technology and digital tools
* Ability to manage multiple customer relationships effectively
Additional Details
* Job location: Kochi
* Direct interaction with US-based customers. Might need late evening calls.
* Occasional travel to the US. Having a US visa will be a positive.
