C.H. Robinson is seeking an Implementation Project Consultant to join our Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS) Implementation team. You will be responsible for managing the technical integration and system setup for Implementation projects from conception to Go Live & support (sales to operations). You will focus primarily on the onboarding of new business, will also support projects for current customers as needed, and will provide support to others in their area of expertise. Daily tasks will focus on the documentation of customer requirements, regularly coordinate with the Project Manager, collaborate with Technology resources to electronically integrate customer systems, configure systems, and aid in the communication of project progress.
This position may be based in either our Chicago Central or Monterrey, MX locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Serve as the technical liaison between customer project teams (including their Technology function) and internal Development resources.
Translate customer requirements into internal system and operational specifications; identify system gaps and recommend enhancements.
Facilitate project meetings and execute the Process Transformation Methodology, including current state capture, future state design, and integration mapping.
Document customer expectations, implementation survey results, and changes in roles and responsibilities.
Develop and execute testing plans, SOPs, and training materials; conduct training on internal systems and external portals.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to manage meeting documentation and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
Oversee project team progress, including cross-functional support groups, and contribute to tool and methodology development.
Support the customer account team during go-live and ensure smooth knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist with managing helpdesk (myQ) ticket queues for Customer Integration and Implementation teams.
Ensure compliance with SOC processes and perform other duties as assigned based on team or country-specific needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent C.H. Robinson experience
A minimum of 2 years of technical project management experience
Prior experience working with customers, vendors, or carriers
Previous experience with TMS software
Flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)
Up to 20% travel may be required (domestic and/or international)
Preferred:
Basic facilitation skills including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, discussion, documentation, and accountability
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences at all levels
Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levels
Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
Solves problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Compensation Range
$81,000.00 - $128,000.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
