About the Role
In this role, you will be joining the Customer Services team. This is a high impact and high visibility role, where you will represent the company as you work with customers to define and deliver solutions using Highspot. You will play a key role in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships, while driving the adoption of Highspot within the customer’s organization and ensuring that customers get the full benefits of using our platform.

Responsibilities

    • Gain deep knowledge, understanding, and hands-on experience with the Highspot product, including how it integrates with other systems within a customer’s environment.
    • Become a trusted advisor to customers by engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and help them maximize the value they get from Highspot.
    • Collaborate with customers to design solutions, develop project plans, and execute them efficiently—ensuring timely delivery that meets customer needs.
    • Train and enable users to fully leverage the capabilities of the Highspot platform.
    • Work closely with the account team to support the sales process and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Partner with the engineering team to provide feedback and help evolve the product in ways that better serve customer needs.

Required Qualfications

  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience (consulting, client management, professional services, or sales engineering experience); ideally including enterprise implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree required. (Degree is in a STEM field preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment and within a product-driven company
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end software implementation processes involving many stakeholders and delivering results on time with high quality.
  • Ability to effectively support and engage with a diverse group of people. Able to sustain a dynamic discussion with an executive or help an impatient user who is learning about Highspot for the first time.
  • Able to construct a thoughtful and effective strategy for organizing and sharing sales and marketing information.
  • Experience being the bridge between different teams within the customer organization, who often have conflicting perspectives. A working knowledge of operating within the marketing and/or sales team at a large organization is a plus.
