Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and implementation processes, including conducting needs assessments, creating project plans, and directly configuring the software to ensure successful product adoption
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded
- Provide ongoing client support and training to ensure continued product adoption and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to enhance the client experience
- Partner with Knowledge Management to develop and maintain internal and external training materials, including product guides, FAQs, and best practices
- Ensure client data and information is accurate, up-to-date, and secure
- Stay current on industry trends and technology advancements, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the client experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Communications
- At least 5 years of experience in SaaS platform implementation, preferably in a client-facing role
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with software implementation methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software and infrastructure
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, SFDC, Pendo, JIRA, GUIDEcx
- Occasional client travel will be required
- Preference will be given to candidates in Mountain and Pacific time zones
