We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and collaborative individual to join our growing Customer Success team as an Implementation Manager . In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers are seamlessly integrated into our platform and equipped to utilize Hireology's tools to their full potential.
As an Implementation Manager , your primary responsibility will be to lead the successful onboarding and training of new customers on the Hireology platform. You will manage all facets of the implementation process, from gathering requirements and setting expectations to configuring accounts and delivering training sessions. You will work closely with a Technical Implementation Manager, who will handle the technical aspects of the implementation, while you take the lead on overall project management. Your goal is to ensure a smooth transition for our customers and to foster high adoption rates of the Hireology platform.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Training: Conduct high-quality training sessions as part of implementation projects, utilizing both web conferencing tools and in-person workshops.
  • Project Leadership: Serve as the project lead on all implementations, coordinating efforts across teams and ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track.
  • Collaborate with Technical Implementation Manager: Work closely with a Technical Implementation Manager to address technical configuration needs, ensuring a seamless integration process.
  • Consultative Expertise: Provide expert advice and project management support to customers throughout the implementation process, ensuring their needs are met and challenges are proactively addressed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of project progress, potential risks, and any deviations from the project plan.
  • Deliverables Management: Ensure that all solution deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Hireology's suite of products and the specific needs of the verticals we serve.
  • Microsite Development: Lead the creation and deployment of customer-specific microsites, tailored to enhance their platform experience.
  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges during training sessions, escalating concerns to internal teams when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures aimed at improving team efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Energy and Engagement: Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in all training sessions to ensure clients remain engaged and invested in their learning experience.
  • Self-Management: Demonstrate strong self-management skills, proactively addressing issues and keeping projects on track, while escalating significant concerns to management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive product development, craft compelling analytics narratives, and mitigate cancellation risks.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to conduct in-person training and meet with customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in training and onboarding customers, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead customer training sessions both remotely and in person.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring their success.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A natural curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
