Iron Mountain is seeking a results-driven Implementation Manager to join our Global Customer Implementation team.

In this role, you will lead complex project engagements that directly shape how our customers experience Iron Mountain’s trusted records management solutions. By managing project scope, schedules, and cross-functional execution, your work will elevate service delivery standards while seamlessly transitioning clients to our ongoing account support teams.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead project scope, schedules, and budgets for complex customer implementations across global cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute project strategies, risk mitigation plans, and Statements of Work (SOWs) while tracking revenue and profit drivers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating project meetings, resolving escalations, and guiding internal stakeholder communication.

  • Apply project management methodologies and tools like Smartsheet to track operational progress, validate billing accuracy, and streamline transition plans.

  • Mentor team members and identify opportunities to refine internal processes, workflows, and training resources.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven project management experience executing complex initiatives in a matrixed environment with geographically dispersed teams.

  • Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies and tools, including hands-on proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel.

  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the flexibility to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.

  • Experience in process improvement or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
