What You’ll Do…
Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring smooth, successful implementations for Relocity’s clients? We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and driven Implementation Manager to be the first hire in this pivotal role. You will own the entire implementation lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live, while shaping the process for the company’s long-term success. As the first Implementation Manager at Relocity, you will work closely with clients, customer success, and technical teams to ensure each project is delivered on time, meets client expectations, and paves the way for long-term success. Your ability to effectively manage complex implementations, while providing exceptional customer service, will help Relocity continue its mission of revolutionizing the global mobility experience.
How You’ll Do It…
- Implementation Kickoff: Conduct kickoff meetings, align on goals, scope, and timelines, and establish communication channels with stakeholders.
- Data Gathering & Policy Customization: Collect client requirements, ensure alignment with their workflows, and customize the platform to meet their specific needs.
- Integration & Configuration: Project manage integration processes, ensuring secure data flow between systems while meeting compliance and performance standards.
- QA Testing & UAT: Project manage quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts to ensure system functionality and address any issues.
- Training & Go-Live: Conduct end-user training, provide documentation, and manage the go-live process, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
- Post-Launch Support: Monitor system performance post-launch, resolve any issues that arise, to ensure long-term client satisfaction before handing off to Customer Success
- Process Improvement: Document processes, share best practices, and continuously refine the implementation process to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align client needs with Relocity’s solutions and drive a seamless customer experience.
What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?
- 5+ years of experience in an implementation role within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex customer implementations, with a focus on delivering high-quality, client-focused results.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful integration and configuration.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, building scalable processes and best practices from the ground up.
- Passion for innovation and the desire to shape a new role within a growing company.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, and project management software is a plus.
Pay Range: $90,000-$120,000k plus Bonus
