What you'll do:
- Deploy and integrate Public Warning solutions (Cell Broadcast & Location-Based SMS)
- Configure and maintain software in Linux production environments
- Work with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), customers, and project teams
- Perform system configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Create technical documentation and deliver customer training
- Support global deployments
What you'll bring:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on Linux administration in production environments
- Strong understanding of IP networking, VPNs, and security principles
- Experience with cloud, containers, and automation (e.g., AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with databases and scripting/programming (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working directly with customers and producing technical documentation
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Mobile network experience (Cell Broadcast, RAN/Core, LTE/5G)
- CI/CD, monitoring & logging tools
- Linux or Cisco certifications (e.g. CCNA)
