You are a highly organized, detail-driven Implementation Coordinator to help keep our field projects running smoothly. From managing documentation and business systems to handling last-minute field needs and customer coordination, you'll be the operational backbone of our nimble, field-based engineering team. Think part office manager, part project wrangler, part mission control.
You'll support cutting-edge AI and physical tech deployments in real-world manufacturing environments, all while working with a collaborative team that values execution, transparency, and operational excellence. Expect a fast-paced, mission-driven culture, calm one day, urgent the next.

Day In Your Life:
Project & Task Coordination
- Own and optimize task tracking systems, including assignment management and deadline accountability.
- Monitor dashboards, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure smooth workflow across projects.
Document & Data Management
- Manage document control processes, ensuring version integrity and consistent organization.
- Modernize and streamline existing documentation workflows and templates.
- Validate and enter data across systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal tracking tools.
- Perform QA on material orders and system data to catch and correct errors before they become problems.
Field & Emergency Support
- Act as a lifeline for field engineers during critical moments, including emergency coordination of rentals, materials, and last-minute needs.
- Maintain a bias for action, step in when urgency strikes and time is of the essence.
Customer & Internal Coordination
- Support communication between customers and internal stakeholders as requested by Implementation Managers/Engineers.
- Be a trusted point of contact that understands the pace and rhythm of field operations.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in an operations, project coordination, or office manager-type role (bonus if within a field services or technical environment).
- Experience supporting technical teams or service organizations.
- Familiarity with SaaS, manufacturing, or industrial field operations is a plus.
- A highly organized executor with a no-detail-too-small mindset.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Proactive, assertive, and unafraid to speak up when something doesn’t look right.
- Familiar with service-based or field-based work environments, you understand what it takes to support a team that doesn’t work traditional hours.
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating dashboards, data validation processes, and modern business systems (G Drive, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
- Excellent communicator, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable working remotely, but ideally located in the Southeast or Central U.S. for occasional in-person collaboration.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, California, and New York City is $85,000 to $105,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
