The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for updating and maintaining the unemployment client data base. State Accounts Numbers, Federal Employment Identification Numbers, Power of Attorney documents, client contact names, addresses, phone, fax & E- mail addresses are maintained in the database.
What you’ll do

Maintain client unemployment contact names, telephone numbers; fax numbers, e-mail address, corporate/mailing addresses, state account numbers, federal employment identification numbers, and Power of Attorney documents

Establish and maintain State Account Numbers, Federal Employment Identification Numbers, and Power of Attorney to process unemployment matters for our clients

Daily responsibilities include contacting in-house and field personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence.

Work with internal departments in acquiring necessary information for clients.

What experience you need
-
2+ years of consistent office experience, customer service skills.

2+ years of working with clients' or customers' data and modifying, adding, removing, and/or updating records.

High school diploma or GED
-
Computer Skills Required: PC skills: Windows 95/98/NT/2000/20007/2010, and G-Suite
What could set you apart

MS Excel and/or Google Sheets a plus.

Ability to follow up on outstanding issues and meet department deadlines.

Professional behavior, regular attendance and punctuality.

Strictly adhere to all company and department policies and procedures.

Ability to read and retain instructions, policies, and oral directions from management and clients.
