We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of our software solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilisation of our products. Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Responsibilities
- Lead migrations of Accounting Entity Management and related software
- Understand software functionality within migration scope
- Interview clients to assess migration and operational requirements
- Analyze and map legacy financial and non-financial data
- Extract, reconcile, convert, and import client data
- Test data integrity with clients and conduct functional tool testing
- Assist clients with remote testing and issue resolution
Project Management & Communication
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Track and communicate project progress via Monday.com and Zendesk
- Attend client meetings to discuss progress and deliverables
- Manage multiple calendars and deadlines
- Ensure completion of project-related documentation and admin
Client Support & Collaboration
- Configure software based on client needs
- Support clients with post-migration queries and successful go-live
- Handover firms to support team after launch
- Provide documented client feedback to product management
- Act as a product expert and assist internal teams when needed
General Responsibilities
- Execute company strategy as defined by executive management
- Ensure timely and successful project launches
- Continuously improve implementation processes
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1+ year supporting Implementation Consultants with migrations
- Knowledge of software functionality within migration scope
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Self-motivated, quick learner, team-oriented
- Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication
- Skilled in writing professional emails and leading meetings
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Capable of executing delegated project tasks

Skills Required
- 1+ year supporting Implementation Consultants with migrations
- Experience leading migrations of Accounting Entity Management or similar software
- Knowledge of software functionality within migration scope
- Experience mapping, extracting, reconciling, converting, and importing client data
- Experience testing data integrity and conducting functional tool testing with clients
- Experience using Monday.com and Zendesk for project tracking and communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, calendars, and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication; skilled in professional emails and leading meetings
- Ability to execute delegated project tasks and produce project documentation/admin
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and ability to support post-migration queries
