The Environmental, Health, Safety, and Injury (EHS&I) Implementation Consultant leads our customers through the onboarding journey of HSI Donesafe solutions from the project Initiation through to Support.  This role requires HSEI awareness (and ideally) expertise, technical proficiency, and client engagement skills to facilitate successful deployments that deliver demonstratable value to our customers.

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the following:

  • Client Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions with new customers to give them a detailed understanding and guidance through the implementation process.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct workshops to elicit, understand and clearly define the customer's specific requirements in alignment with the agreed scope of work.
  • Project Management:  Be able to work independently and run a project from start to finish managing your project work plan to track progress, ensure on-time updates to deliver within scope, schedule and budget.  You must also be able to work collaboratively, as part of a team under project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Configuration: Complete HSI Donesafe Software Solutions' technical design documentation and configuration based on the customer's specific requirements.
  • Data Migration: Assist clients in mapping data to migrate from legacy systems to HSI Donesafe solutions.
  • Training & Documentation: Facilitate training sessions and create user documentation to assist with a successful transition-in of the customer administrators and end users.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct internal and client-facing tests to ensure the HSI Donesafe Solution meets high-quality standards and in scope customer-specific requirements.
  • Go-Live Support: Conduct and support during the go-live phase, facilitating the handover to support process and ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to the client's operations.
  • Risk Management: Actively identify project risks, assess their impact, and promptly communicate them to the project manager or relevant stakeholders. Collaborate on mitigation strategies, plans, and review of the risk log with project managers.
  • Post-Go Live Support: After finishing the project, provide handover deliverables to Support and Customer Services Teams.  Assist with resolving technical queries to facilitate seamless post-implementation support.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as directed as required to meet business and customer needs, including contributing to overall business objectives and operational efficiency

  • Experience: Expertise in technical configuration, operational excellence, and client engagement is essential to meet client expectations within scope, while fast value to clients.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Utilises data-driven decision-making to creatively resolve challenges.
  • Adaptability: Manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Impactful Service Delivery: Resolve implementation and customer issues for an exceptional customer experience and drive operational excellence.
  • Committed to Innovation: Continuously seek enhancements in the customer experience and implementation processes and be open to new strategies.
  • Effective Communication: Build positive relationships through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaboration:  A team player who builds positive and constructive relationshipsp within the Implementation team and with internal stakeholders to help exceed project and company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree IT, business, EHS&I, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSEI Management, Business Analysis, workflow systems or related fields
  • Proven leadership skills working with high-performance, fast-paced teams
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and negotiation skills
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
