Interface.ai is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help deliver fintech solutions and enhance customer success. 

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated implementation consultant experience
  • Have worked in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
  • Technical project management experience
  • Requirements gathering and UAT experience
  • Creating testing workflows/scenarios
  • Demonstrated customer success experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field


What you will do:

  • Leading business process discovery workshops
  • Developing and leveraging expertise in AI solutions
  • Planning, managing, and performing application build, test, and deploy activities
  • Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various program or project workstreams
  • Creating project deliverables and standards
  • Planning and establishing after go-live activities
  • Effectively communicating complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying levels

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with AI, including chatbots
  • SAAS and/or Fintech industry experience

The ideal candidate will have a focus on delivering exceptional customer success, thrive as a self-starter, and be able to think creatively and collaboratively. Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 estimated based on experience and location.
