O que você fará?
- Planejar e acompanhar a execução dos projetos de implantação
- Realizar análises de aderência do sistema às necessidades do cliente
- Conduzir e participar de reuniões com clientes e stakeholders
- Configurar o sistema, incluindo cadastros e parametrizações
- Capacitar usuários finais e apoiar na adoção da solução
- Oferecer suporte funcional durante e após a implantação
- Realizar testes, simulações e validações do sistema
- Executar auditorias de dados e cadastros
- Identificar oportunidades de melhorias e necessidades de customização
- Registrar falhas e sugestões de melhoria nos canais internos
- Colaborar com equipes técnicas de desenvolvimento (fábrica de software)
- Documentar atividades, processos e entregas do projeto
- Garantir o cumprimento das metodologias e padrões da empresa
- Acompanhar atualizações e novas versões do sistema
- Apoiar na instalação e configuração de estações de trabalho e periféricos, quando necessário
✅ O que você traz? Requisitos obrigatórios:
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em projetos na área de Saúde ou Tecnologia da Informação
- Experiência com implantação de sistemas (ERP, sistemas hospitalares ou similares)
- Boa comunicação e habilidade para interagir com clientes
- Capacidade de organização, planejamento e resolução de problemas

- Tecnologia da Informação
- Sistemas de Informação
- Administração
- Enfermagem ou áreas da saúde
- Experiência anterior com sistemas da área da saúde

About the TeamSkills Required
- Minimum 3 years experience in projects in Healthcare or Information Technology
- Experience with system implementations (ERP, hospital systems or similar)
- Good communication and ability to interact with clients
- Organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo and travel to client sites
- Degree or technical education in IT, Information Systems, Administration, Nursing or health-related fields
