Role SummaryThe Implementation Consultant I is the entry point of the IC career ladder and the primary delivery resource for Simpro Group's SmartStart and Unmanaged customer segments. IC Is deliver structured, workshop-based onboarding focused on core product features, data setup, and foundational configuration. They operate within defined playbooks with close team-lead oversight, building the product knowledge and business acumen required to progress to IC II.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver SmartStart and add-on workshop sessions for Unmanaged and small Growth customers
Guide customers through foundational product setup: company profile, users, service types, and basic job workflow
Conduct data and design sessions including forms, layouts, and report configuration
Lead Hypercare and Getting Started calls within the first 30 days post-go-live
Maintain customer records in Salesforce including session notes, completion status, and readiness scores
Collaborate with IC Team Lead and IC II peers on customer escalations or complexity beyond scope
Actively participate in team learning, product update briefings, and quality reviews
Support the pre-onboarding programme by monitoring portal readiness scores and flagging at-risk customers
Staff Profile
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Customer-facing confidence in a training or facilitation context
Comfortable following structured delivery playbooks and escalating appropriately
Foundational understanding of field service management or trade-based businesses (desirable)
Appetite to grow: IC I is a development role with a defined path to IC II
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in a customer-facing training, onboarding, or support role
Familiarity with SaaS products or field service man
