What You'll Do:

• Manage multiple Granicus projects on schedule and with high quality from kick-off to launch 
• Maintain project plans including status, issues and opportunities for assigned implementations 
• Advocate and evangelize "best practices" to ensure long term success and value for Granicus clients 
• Ensure implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around digital communications 
• Facilitate online client trainings 
• Manage system-wide projects in partnership with Product Development 
• Ability to deploy Granicus products for small to medium sized clients 
• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

• 3 – 5 years of experience working in software/tech, specifically with Implementations 
• You are able to work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions
• You can work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams 
• You have a basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn new technologies quickly 
• You have a passion for customers 
• You have a relentless commitment to doing the most valuable work first 
• You have a track record of functioning well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing demands 
• You have excellent communications skills – listening, verbal, and written 
• You help drive your team’s success 
• You value the importance of user experience 
• You will ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results

· Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.

· Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
