We are looking for an Implementation and Transformation Analyst to support the successful delivery of projects and transformation initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will contribute to small projects and project streams within larger programmes, helping to coordinate activities, manage stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.
The role is fully remote.
You’ll work on a variety of initiatives involving IT systems, infrastructure, technology rollouts, application development and management, systems migration, and service provision. Depending on your experience and development goals, you may also take ownership of specific project streams and build your skills toward a future project management role.
Responsibilities- Support the definition and development of project plans and, where appropriate, lead the planning of individual project streams.
- Coordinate project activities, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, quality requirements, commercial arrangements, and financial parameters.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Project Manager by providing accurate and timely updates on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain clear acceptance criteria to measure project performance and support successful customer sign-off.
- Monitor project or work stream performance against agreed plans and initiate corrective action or escalation when required.
- Prepare and provide timely project reporting and ensure appropriate escalation within Diebold Nixdorf and to customers, where appropriate.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow established project management methodologies and standards, including planning, reporting, documentation, quality management, risk and issue management, and change control.
- Support the preparation and management of project budgets and monitor delivery against agreed financial targets.
- Assist with accurate financial forecasting and tracking of project performance.
- Coordinate and oversee project resources to support high levels of performance and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, partners, and other project contributors as required.
- Take on additional project-related responsibilities and tasks as assigned by line management.
- Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in implementation, transformation, project coordination, or a related environment.
- Experience working on technology, IT, infrastructure, systems implementation, migration, or service delivery projects is an advantage.
- Good business English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities, manage priorities, and work effectively within project timelines.
- A structured and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to identify risks and escalate issues when needed.
- Strong interest in technology, implementation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
