The Implementation & Activation Executive position plays a crucial role within the team, providing the foundation for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting. Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service, and deliver against targets.

You will manage the day-to-day activation workflow, from booking and loading campaigns with immaculate attention to detail to working alongside media partners to build a deep understanding of the media landscape. Your success will be measured by your accuracy in campaign delivery, your financial compliance, and your ability to build trust with junior client and internal stakeholders.


Core Responsibilities

  • Support Client Relationships: Establish a clear understanding of client challenges, objectives, and initiatives, helping to build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service.
  • Develop Activation Connections: Begin developing strong working relationships with clients at a junior level as it relates directly to tactical activation.
  • Manage Campaign Workflows: Support the booking, loading, optimising, material instruction, and tracking of client media campaigns in line with marketplace best practice and agency processes.
  • Partner with Media Owners: Engage regularly with our external media partners to build your knowledge of the media landscape, core media principles, and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.
  • Integrate Proprietary Tech: Collaborate with internal product teams, including WPP Media proprietary solutions teams, to understand their offerings and their relevance to your client portfolio.
  • Drive Campaign Performance: Bring innovation and creativity to the table by leveraging market insights to optimise active campaigns.
  • Oversee Reporting and Analysis: Support the construction of insightful, progressive post-analysis reports that clearly articulate campaign performance and key learnings.
  • Ensure Flawless Financial Health: Take accountability for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy, including bookings, loadings, resolving account queries, and performing monthly proforma checks.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Openly communicate and collaborate with all internal key stakeholders on delivery and reporting, while positively contributing to and leading sections of team meetings.
