The Implementation & Activation team at EssenceMediacom is responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation planning and activation across all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on connected, audience-first client outcomes. We navigate the ever-changing media landscape efficiently and effectively, fueling growth for brands through transparency, accountability, and exceptional media relationships.
As an Implementation & Activation Associate Manager, you play a critical role in overseeing the activation of client campaigns, ensuring consistent, best-in-class delivery. You are responsible for shaping effective, efficient, creative, and future-focused implementation plans and media schedules that drive business growth for our clients. Working closely with your manager, you will supervise elements of team workload, foster collaboration, and ensure unparalleled service to meet and exceed client targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely activation of client media campaigns, maintaining best-in-class delivery standards.
- Develop, present, and refine effective, efficient, and innovative implementation plans and media schedules for clients.
- Supervise and support the workload of junior team members, ensuring client demands and deadlines are met.
- Facilitate strong collaboration within the team and with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and guide the team in implementing adjustments.
- Contribute to producing best-in-class solutions and upholding high standards of client service.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media partners, representing the agency professionally.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered to the highest quality, aligning with agency standards and client objectives.
- Actively stay informed on market trends, media landscape changes, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to client work.
