The Role

Location: Melbourne

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • Lead for an Icon: You'll be the driving force behind media recommendations for Nike, crafting inspiring, market-leading responses that are underpinned by real cultural insight.
  • Deliver Media Firsts: Push the boundaries of what’s possible, with a huge focus on developing stand-out strategies in OOH, Social, and unforgettable experiential activations.
  • Be the Key Connection: Act as the pivotal contact for Nike’s Media and Brand leads, building influential relationships and becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Mentor a High-Performance Team: Lead and empower a talented team of Managers and Executives, guiding their development and ensuring flawless delivery across all campaigns.
  • Connect Brand to Performance: Take a holistic view of the media landscape, working hand-in-glove with our Performance team to ensure brand moments and commercial outcomes are perfectly synchronised.

  • A Cultural Connoisseur: You are genuinely passionate about the Nike brand, live and breathe culture, and have an intuitive understanding of how Gen Z consumes media.
  • An Ideas-Led Creative: Your mind is focused on creative storytelling and big ideas, not just traditional implementation. You constantly chase innovation and emerging trends.
  • An Influential Storyteller: You have exceptional communication skills, strong media partner relationships, and the ability to craft and sell in a compelling, influential vision.
  • An Experiential Expert: You have proven strength and creative flair in planning campaigns that come to life through OOH, social media, and buzz-worthy real-world activations.
  • A Collaborative Leader: You thrive on leading a team, motivating them to achieve their best work while fostering a positive and productive environment.

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
