Job DescriptionThe Immersive Internship Program (IIP) is a 6-week, full-time, onsite skills development programme. It is designed for university students in Ghana, specifically those studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other STEM-related courses.
The program aims to provide hands-on industry experience to prepare students for careers in software development. It is a paid internship that includes stipends, along with mentorship and networking opportunities to further enhance career prospects.
This collaborative approach empowers learners to develop their skills, build confidence, and become valuable contributors to the team.

- Model: Onsite
- Location: Ghana (Accra, Takoradi, Kumasi)
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week.

- Resident of, or able to relocate to, Accra, Takoradi, or Kumasi.
