Everforth ECS is seeking Imagery Analyst Supervisor to manage a team of Imagery Analysts working on a high-profile project designed to help develop training data for the next generation of imagery analysis artificial intelligence. This role is responsible for managing a team of Imagery Analysts tasked with analyzing, labelling, and cataloguing maritime video footage for Customs & Border Protection (CBP). The Imagery Analyst Supervisor manages deadlines, staff distribution, training schedules and job priorities. Additionally, this role will ensure that Image Analysts are properly trained, and perform high-quality labeling of images and footage, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
To be considered candidates must be able to pass / obtain a Public Trust (elevated) background check from the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS). This requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a stringent background check.
Note: This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Salary Range: $75,000-83,000

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Imagery Analyst experience and demonstrated professional performance
- Be able to use a computer for 8 hours a day
- Demonstrated expertise across all imagery types with ability to label objects according to a complex ontology
- Ability to be a technical resource to subordinates
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and superior productivity as an Imagery Analyst
- Developed labeling SOPs and/or training materials
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to manage individuals as a Team Leader or Training Leader
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
