We are seeking a talented Illustrator to help shape the monday.com brand by transforming ideas into clear, engaging visual representations. Your work will make complex concepts accessible and bring ideas to life, helping our audience understand and connect with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess the creative ability to simplify intricate processes and create illustrations that resonate emotionally.
About The Role:
- Collaborate with various teams across the company, including Marketing, Product, Brand, Events, Sales, and HR, to develop illustrations for billboards, ads, blog covers, presentations, in-product screens, swag, and more.
- Lead and direct the evolution of our company's illustration language across all platforms and mediums.
- Sketch, ideate, and rapidly develop new concepts based on stakeholder input and independent research.
- Create on-brand illustrations ranging from simple spot visuals to detailed compositions for diverse company projects.
- Work closely with a collaborative team of art directors, animators, and fellow illustrators in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide feedback and guidance to illustrators and designers on maintaining consistency with monday.com’s illustration style.
- Produce visually compelling and conceptually strong illustrations that contribute to a unified brand aesthetic.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in illustration and design.
Requirements
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a variety of illustration styles.
- 5+ years of professional illustration experience.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience working for tech companies.
- Prior collaboration on product design projects.
- Experience working with motion graphics teams.
- Proficiency in visual storytelling, including editorial illustration, marketing campaigns, and animations.
