About the Role
As a Transfer Price Financial Analyst, you will be a key player in our Intercompany Financial Management Team. Your role will involve monitoring the profitability of our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) affiliates worldwide, ensuring compliance with Transfer Pricing policies, and supporting various strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement Transfer Prices: Apply the Group Transfer Pricing policy to CHC products through data collection and collaboration with various departments.
2. Maintain Affiliate Relationships: Establish strong links with local contacts in all affiliates to ensure timely and relevant feedback.
3. Adjust Transfer Prices: Perform adjustments based on detailed statutory P&L analysis to align profitability with Group policies.
4. Support Documentation: Assist in local Transfer Pricing documentation by providing P&Ls and verifying reported data.
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance our Transfer Price policy, including new policies for acquisitions and activities.
6. Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with country or Corporate Tax Managers on integration projects for new CHC businesses or divestments.
7. Assist in Tax Audits: Provide support to local affiliates during tax audits.
Key Requirements
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data, accounting, or a related field.
2. Project Experience: Proven experience with project responsibilities and data analysis/database management.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
4. Analytical Skills: Capacity for analysis and synthesis of financial, supply chain, and master data.
5. Tax Knowledge: Understanding of tax rules and policies.
6. Communication Skills: Ability to interact with stakeholders across different levels in an international environment.
7. Language Skills: Fluent in English.
