We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our team to create and administer training artefacts for our global IFS Cloud platform using the cloud-based training application ClickLearn. This role will involve navigating IFS Cloud workflows to create, update and publish training material in multiple formats including live guidance for the continuous development and expansion of the IFS Cloud system. The role will also involve general administration of the ClickLearn system supporting other creators and users. Furthermore, it will support IFS Cloud continuous development by creating workflows eForms, quick reports and custom fields et cetera.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training & Change:

  • Create manuals, process documentation, and training materials using ClickLearn.
  • Support the development and delivery of role-specific training materials for end users.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to users.
  • Act as a change agent to promote system adoption and engagement.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration-related test cycles.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Service Management modules.
  • Support the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL queries and Power BI.
  • Analyse large data sets for quality and accuracy to support data migration from older systems.
  • Basic data analysis to identify usage patterns and feedback to identify training or configuration gaps.

Configuration & System Support (desired):

  • Optimize workflows, business rules, SLAs, and field technician processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional system configurations in collaboration with IT and business teams.
  • Create and maintain basic system data.

Continuous Improvement & Technical Support:

  • Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IFS support and external partners as needed.
  • Stay current with IFS Cloud updates, features, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Using ClickLearn to create, update, and distribute learning and guidance materials in multiple formats (ideally from IFS Cloud).
  • Maintenance and administration of the ClickLearn materials and users. (desired)  
  • Supporting the configuration and development of process flows in core business systems. Ideally IFS Cloud.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Using ClickLearn to develop training and guidance materials in multiple formats
  • Understanding of field service workflows, dispatching, and mobile operations (desirable).
  • Understanding of data structures and data relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / NICE TO HAVE:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • IFS Cloud certification or equivalent credentials.
