In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CX strategy aligned with business goals and segment strategy.

  • Identify and prioritize key consumer touchpoints to enhance overall CX implementation and ideating and validating new ideas/concepts within the CX strategy with a consumer-centric approach.

  • Work closely with IFP DTS Digital Marketing Director and IFP DTS Digital Marketing leads to drive digital innovation capabilities across the segment.

  • Build trusted partnerships with IFP business, IFP IME, functional and end-user stakeholders, and partner with the IFP Growth organization to drive synergies between both product and digital innovation within the segment.

  • Take accountability for leading scouting and technology evaluation, building a network of startups and technology partners for the IFP segment, and evaluating and vetting technologies.

  • Develop a culture of innovation within the company, acting as an active member, leading and supporting the creation of innovation processes, frameworks, and programs with IFP.

As the Consumer Experience (CX) and Innovation Lead for IFP, you will have a chance to make a real impact by imagining and inventing the future, co-creating it with Business stakeholders, and executing MVPs & Pilots.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree, and extensive experience working in the digital or innovation space, with a strong understanding of business strategy, deep technology skills, and a creative mindset.

  • Prior proven experience with early or growth stage start-up, or experience providing advisory/mentorship of start-ups, and experience managing and driving innovation projects or experience working in an innovation lab environment.

  • Skilled at managing stakeholders (internal or external), presenting & defending business cases for new ideas & initiatives, and strong, active regional/local ecosystems linkage (e.g. Start-ups, Founders, VCs, Incubators, Accelerators, Academia).

  • Excellent relationship building skills (collaboration, facilitation, communication), and the ability to effectively engage business team members, effectively manage ambiguity, uncertainty, change, and conflict, and verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners, and customers.

  • Responsibility for driving innovation and digital transformation initiatives, developing and executing innovation strategies, and building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, including start-ups, founders, VCs, incubators, accelerators, and academia.
