Key Responsibilities :

• Space Planning & Cross-functional Coordination : Plan office seating layouts, zoning, and traffic flow, and coordinate with departments to align seating and space needs.
• Workplace Experience Support : Design office spaces that enhance collaboration, interaction, and overall employee experience, including meeting rooms and shared areas.
• Office Expansion & Renovation Project Management : Lead office expansion, renovation, and relocation initiatives, including planning, coordination, resource alignment, and onsite execution to ensure seamless delivery.
• Long-term Space Strategy : Work with PMO team to analyze organizational growth and seating forecasts to develop flexible and cost-efficient long-term space strategies.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with leadership, Facility, SMAI, and other key partners to ensure space plans align with company strategies.
• Continuous Improvement : Review and improve workflows, processes, and space-usage efficiency, and introduce digital or intelligent tools to enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation.

Requirements :

• Strong project coordination and execution skills : Able to manage multiple office expansion or renovation tasks, keep things on schedule, and make sure everyone stays aligned .
• Comfortable using digital or smart tools : Willing to learn and use tools like space-usage dashboards, seating systems, or simple automation solutions to improve efficiency .
• Strong communication and teamwork : Able to work well with different departments and communicate clearly when gathering needs or pushing projects forward .
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset : Can look at seating data, space usage, or future headcount plans and provide practical, well-thought-out recommendations .
• Continuous improvement mindset : Proactively spot areas that can be improved-whether in workflow, communication, or tools-and help make processes smoother.
• Possible work locations : Taichung, Taoyuan, Miaoli, Tainan
