Job Title: Identity & Access Management Project Manager

Role Description:
Identity and Access Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of CA Identity Management solution as part of a global implementation for a Fortune 100 company. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the identity lifecycle processes and will be involved in the day-to-day management of the implementation/enhancement of the IDM solution, including managing third-party vendors, coordinating with the overall program team, creating work plans and tracking progress of the delivery, identifying risks and raising issues to the program.
- Manage IDM web services implementation
- Meet the evolving and diverse needs of a broad customer base and various business partners with an emphasis on ‘business value’. Continuously seek creative and innovative means to balance information security with business enablement and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards, policies and procedures. Communicate and implement industry best practices and solutions employed in the information security space.
- Primary project interface for IT project team and BU stakeholders
- Act as primary contact to Senior IT Management, including and up to the CIO -- on project progress and status
- Work with the project leaders to identify resource requirements, determine appropriate team members, organize project deliverables, and define scope of project
- Support business analysis and process discussions as part of application migration activities throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Manage stakeholder expectation throughout the project re: scope, budget, billing, milestones, resourcing, schedules and timeframes
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant program/project management experience with Identity Management
- Excels working in a dynamic, fast-changing project environment
- Project/program management; Prefer experience with CA products, CA Identity & Access Management
- Identity and Access Management experience with a major platform such as Oracle or CA. CA Site Minder, CA Identity Minder, CA Governance Minder, Microsoft Windows Infrastructure, PKI experience a PLUS!
- Experience in overseeing at least one Enterprise wide transition to a large IDM solution
- Comfortable managing aggressive schedules driven by the diverse needs from product management, Marketing, Legal, and IT for a consumer-facing cloud service
- Prior experience successfully managing large-scale IT deployment projects.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and possess excellent presentation skills
- Strong individual and team time management skills, prioritizing and delegating tasks
