As our Identity Governance and Administration Engineer, you will be the hands on engineering leader driving the design, delivery, and operationalization of the solutions that power our IAM ecosystem. Partnering closely with Information Security, application and SRE teams, auditors, and business stakeholders, you will lead the migration of Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud while shaping the frameworks, onboarding patterns, and governance needed to deliver secure, scalable, and repeatable identity governance solutions across our global enterprise. You will bring strong engineering and architecture depth, a track record of delivering major IGA initiatives such as SOX and data residency programs, and the ability to turn complex requirements into serviceable, automated, and resilient solutions. In this role, you will combine deep engineering and architecture expertise with strong leadership to guide solutions from design through operationalization. You will also play a key role in advancing our use of AI to improve productivity, strengthen security, and accelerate delivery. As part of our centralized IAM team, you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to broader identity capabilities and have the opportunity to grow your career while helping shape a global IAM transformation across 50 plus countries, where regulatory complexity and data residency requirements will directly influence solution design.

- Drive the global migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to deliver a secure and scalable transition
- Gather, refine, and translate requirements into architecture, design, and implementation approaches that support global IGA delivery, regulatory needs, and data residency requirements
- Design and build frameworks that streamline and automate application onboarding patterns, connector integration, and repeatable delivery for application onboarding and SRE teams
- Establish governance, standards, and delivery practices that improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen control across the IAM ecosystem
- Partner with internal and external auditors, security leaders, and cross functional teams to support SOX, compliance, and assurance related initiatives
- Provide hands on technical leadership across development, architecture, deployment, and operational support, ensuring solutions are resilient, scalable, and supportable
- Collaborate with centralized IAM peers to share patterns, influence broader identity strategy, and contribute to the growth of the team and the function
- Apply AI knowledge to improve engineering productivity, solution quality, and security outcomes
- Bachelor’s and or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline
- At least 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading and delivering major Identity Governance and Assurance engineering projects
- Hands on engineering team leader with strong development, architectural, and leadership experience
- A proven record of delivering identity governance and assurance solutions in global enterprise environments
- Experience leading or contributing to major IGA programs, including SOX, data residency, global delivery, and large scale identity platform transformation
- Deep understanding of identity governance platforms, onboarding patterns, connector integration, and operationalization of enterprise solutions
- Experience working with Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Cloud, or similar IGA platforms
- Strong background in requirements gathering, solution design, governance, and delivery of repeatable frameworks that support application onboarding and operational teams
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and auditors, both internal and external
