Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IAM solutions across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This role is critical in ensuring the security and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure by managing user identities and access permissions effectively.

Main Skill:

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.

• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation of IAM tasks.

• General Cloud skills in at least one of Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Experience with IAM tools and services such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM, Okta, or similar.

• Project management

• Proven experience in developing and defining new policies for IAM implementations, ensuring compliance, security, and alignment with business needs, with a good understanding of different IdPs, such as Cognito or Okta.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

 The IAM Specialist will be responsible (among others) to:

• Collaborate and participate on the design of new IAM security solutions

• Interact with vendors if required.

• Lead the implementation of these solution across multiple clients.

• Document and report progress.

• Provide regular update to the leads.

• Ability to solve open-ended problems

• Build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups  

Must have Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in multiple projects

• Proven ability to work with diverse teams and work highly collaborative environments

• Proven ability to create a project plan and on time delivery

• Proven experience in developing and defining new policies for IAM implementations, ensuring compliance, security, and alignment with business needs, with a good understanding of different IdPs, such as Cognito or Okta.

• Motivated self-starter

• Advanced English proficiency
