About the role
As an IAM Engineer, you’ll design and build identity and access management systems that support our internal services. You’ll work hands‑on with modern IAM technologies to implement secure authentication, authorization, and governance workflows.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable IAM solutions. You’ll be the expert we’ll rely on for identity related architecture and best practices.
Your work will directly shape our IAM infrastructure, improve developer experience, and strengthen security across the organization.
What are you going to do:
Improve existing and build new IAM solutions
Improve developer documentation, build code examples and demo apps
Ensure we have the right processes and tooling to achieve and maintain high availability
Ensure we have the best security practices and processes in place for IAM service operation
Help new business initiatives choosing correct IAM integration patterns and practices
Provide technical leadership and guidance for less experienced engineers
Participate in team Agile planning process
Participate in team QA process
Proactively develop knowledge and expertise in IAM field
What do we expect from you?
Must have
5+ years of experience with C# and HTML/CSS
Background in IAM protocols (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.1, and SCIM) supporting authentication and user provisioning
Experience with IAM services (Azure Entra ID, OKTA, Curity etc.)
Understanding of role based and/or attribute-based access control
Experience working with cloud resources – virtual machines, containers, serverless services, IaC, gateways etc.
Motivation to learn all technical aspects of best IAM practices and standards
Excellent English communication and presentation skills, including issue tracking and documentation for collaboration in international environment
Proactive mindset with focus on high quality over quantity
Nice to have
Agile development experience
Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps hands-on knowledge
Experience with PostgreSQL (Or any similar database)
Experience with Terraform, IaC
React knowledge for frontend work
