Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Are you passionate about identity, security, and access governance? We’re looking for an IAM Specialist who enjoys working at the intersection of business needs and secure technical solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Information Security team and play a key role in strengthening and evolving our Identity & Access Management landscape. 

You’ll be handson with both onprem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in a hybrid environment, contributing to continuous improvements, automation, and largescale IAM initiatives.

What you’ll do 

• Manage the full identity lifecycle for users, services, and applications (joiner, mover, leaver) 

• Provision, modify, and revoke access in line with security policies and standards 

• Apply RBAC and leastprivilege principles across identities and application 

• Regularly review access rights to ensure the right level of access 

• Configure and maintain Conditional Access and MFA 

• Take ownership of IAM services, processes, and integrations 

• Contribute to IAM initiatives, including the move from onprem to cloud 

• Build and maintain PowerShell automation to reduce manual work and increase efficiency 

About you 

• 5+ years of experience working with IAM in an operations or 3rdline support environment 

• Strong handson knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory in hybrid setups 

• Solid understanding of IAM concepts: JML, RBAC, least privilege, zero trust, access governance, SSO, MFA 

• Advanced PowerShell skills and experience with automation 

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS and TCP/IP 

• High attention to detail, especially when working with securitysensitive data 

• A true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others 

• Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in complex environments 

• You are able to communicate clearly and effectively, translating complex concepts to different stakeholders and users.  

 Nice to have 

• Certifications such as SC300, AZ104, or similar 

• Experience with IAM analytics and automation (Logic Apps, Power BI) 

• Ability to build dashboards and KPIs related to license usage, access hygiene, or lifecycle anomalies 

• Experience working in an agile environment
