Basic Function
This position is responsible for the day-to-day identity lifecycle tasks as well as helping drive the design and implementation of various Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solution requirements and processes. This position will be responsible for the management and oversight of user account provisioning, modification and terminations across all systems, certification reviews and ensuring policies and procedure documentation are current. The individual will be assigned to specific ongoing and/or periodic tasks, reviews, routines, and deliverables including but not limited to Contact Center agent class setups and attestation revokes. The individual will analyze requests ensuring they meet proper role base and security requirements and resolve access related issues. The successful individual will demonstrate a commitment to fostering a customer[1]focused, service-oriented environment by providing the highest quality of services.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Utilize SNOW ticketing system to create, track, and manage user access requests and incidents involving systems access. Maintain SLAs and ensure that requirements are met or exceeded; ensure that clients follow appropriate service procedures.
- Securely provision user access to company systems and infrastructure, ensuring that systems access is accurate and appropriate; applying least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
- Assist with large group account setups (e.g., training classes, project implementations). Assist with IT compliance/attestation projects.
- Propose ideas and recommendations; assist with implementing process improvements.
- Assist with updating departmental SOPs. Create documentation for new processes.
- Serve as an on-call resource for incident response and operational functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
- High School diploma required. Associates degree in Computer Science or related discipline, such as Computer Information Systems or Cybersecurity, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Relevant technical or security certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Security+) preferred.
- Experience One (1) year technical experience supporting business applications required.
- Recent Microsoft Active Directory experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to monitor and manage assigned tickets queues and tasks with exceptional skills to prioritize, triage and understand the urgency of issues based on business needs.
- General knowledge of data security practices.
- Must be assertive, flexible, able to work under pressure within an evolving environment and adapt quickly to changes. Able to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with employees, managers, and client personnel; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to exercise discretion, demonstrate situational awareness, and use sound judgement in making decisions.
- Ability to conduct and participate in remote meetings on camera, as needed or required.
