The Senior Oracle Fusion Administrator manages Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM and ERP systems, ensuring data pipeline reliability, integration processes, and reporting across financial applications. Responsibilities include configuring backend systems, designing business rules, optimizing performance, and supporting financial modules and reports.

Manage and grow assigned credit union accounts through consultative sales, strategic account planning, program analysis, and cross‑functional coordination. Deliver proposals, negotiate agreements, drive renewals, monitor portfolio performance, and act as primary client liaison to increase Velera product adoption and revenue.

Designs and delivers leadership development and organizational development interventions across the enterprise. Partners with HRBPs and leaders to assess needs, design programs, facilitate sessions, support change management, succession planning, performance and team effectiveness, and measure program impact. Serves as a consultant, coach, and subject matter expert while managing multiple projects and vendor relationships.

Manage and implement enterprise GRC programs using a GRC tool to enforce cyber laws, standards, and certifications (PCI DSS, NIST, SOC1/2). Oversee attestations, third-party risk, contract reviews, IT audit coordination, KPI reporting, and stakeholder education to mitigate cyber risk and ensure compliance.

The role involves securing external credit and debit card processing solutions, targeting new opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and presenting proposals to financial institutions. Travel is necessary, and the candidate will work on sales strategies and relationship management.

Lead end-to-end fintech partnership initiatives from ideation through commercialization. Identify and prioritize fintech trends, build business cases and financial models, negotiate partnership terms, manage technical integrations, ensure commercialization readiness, track partner performance, and maintain strategic relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
