Why this role matters

As Compliance/IDD Analyst, you will help ensure that Scatec’s Integrity Due Diligence policies, procedures, and internal controls are effectively implemented across the business. You will be part of the IDD team responsible for risk assessing and vetting counterparties, supporting informed business decisions, and helping protect Scatec’s integrity, reputation, and standards.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

• Conduct integrity due diligence on prospective counterparties, including suppliers, business partners, customers, and partners.
• Assess counterparty policies and procedures to identify and manage risks related to engagement with Scatec.
• Prepare clear Integrity Due Diligence reports and provide risk-based recommendations and mitigating actions.
• Organise and conduct compliance orientation interviews with counterparties to communicate Scatec’s values and expectations.
• Support the development of Scatec’s IDD policies, procedures, governing documents, systems, and tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails in line with internal requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver IDD training for relevant employees.

What you’ll bring

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Social Sciences, International Relations, War and Conflict, Communication Studies, Public Policy, or a related field; master’s degree is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience identifying and analysing integrity risks, sustainability, compliance, or relevant risk management areas.
• Experience in integrity due diligence, compliance, corporate social responsibility, or KYC, ideally in an international company within the financial or energy sector.
• Knowledge of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, and international best practice for integrity due diligence.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in complex and dynamic environments.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented, assertive, able to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
