What you’ll be doing

As a Third Party Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the resilience and security of our ICT infrastructure. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Process management – Lead the definition, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Group’s ICT Third-Party Management processes.

  • Regulatory compliance – Ensure all ICT third-party contractual frameworks comply with regulations like DORA, outsourcing guidelines, and other financial sector obligations.

  • Risk & governance – Support risk assessments, contribute to the identification and mitigation of associated risks, and help with the oversight and reporting on ICT third-party relationships to the Management Body.

  • Stakeholder guidance – Advise and guide stakeholders across Satispay to ensure a consistent understanding and application of third-party management policies.

  • Training & awareness – Design and deliver training programs to raise awareness of third-party risk management requirements, with a strong emphasis on DORA compliance.

Who we’re looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

  • Relevant experience – At least 4 years of proven experience in Vendor, Third-Party, and/or Outsourcing Management, preferably within the financial services sector.

  • Regulatory knowledge – A solid understanding of EU regulations on ICT third-party risk, with a particular emphasis on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

  • Risk management – Practical experience with risk management and internal control frameworks, including implementation or oversight responsibilities.

  • Communication skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage.

  • Collaborative mindset – A strong ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in an agile, fast-paced environment.
