Job Description

The Technical Lead is responsible for managing and developing the application framework in compliance with the development plan and IT strategy. The core responsibilities of the role are: promoting innovation and the development of application and integration architecture and achieving the correct level of efficiency; actively participating in purchasing IT goods and services; continuously monitoring the technological evolutions of the market and conducting technical analyses, feasibility studies and experimentation for their possible adoption. Lastly, they are responsible for facilitating technological integration by promoting the publication of guidelines for the choice of new technologies, overseeing the audit and assessment of the applications in use and reporting any migration opportunities to other technologies/solutions.

Qualifications

1.01 Supports the IT Manager in the definition and implementation of the evolution strategy of information systems/services (architecture, organisation, functionality and technology)
1.02 Defines and promotes the dissemination of working methodologies, guidelines and technological tools and monitors their adoption by internal collaborators and external suppliers
1.03 Constantly monitors the efficiency and continuity of the ICT services provided in compliance with shared SLAs and contributes to the continuous improvement of performance
1.04 Maintains the overall vision of the technological architecture and coordinates the technical estimates so that the proposed new or improved solutions comply with the system as a whole
1.05 Supports the technological evolution of the systems by monitoring the market and the new technological proposals offered
1.06 Acts as a technological specialist and supports the software selection and technical analysis processes of suppliers and/or new solutions
1.07 Supports in the "technical" evaluation process of new collaborators, also by developing and administering technical tests and interviews
1.08 Coordinates the planning and delivery of technical training
1.09 Promotes the development of learning Role through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities
1.10 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within one's function in relation to both process management that in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.11 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community

Additional Information

Requirements:
- Computer science, mathematics or similar degrees
- Minimum experience as a software developer or similar roles
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms
- Knowledge of activity management and coordination tools
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
