The Role
Operate, maintain, develop, and troubleshoot an Over-the-Air 5G/6G test network. Install and integrate radios, antennas, basebands, servers, cabling, fiber, power systems, and user equipment. Perform rooftop and mast activities, configure RAN nodes, document network topology and implementation plans, and support product verification. Coordinate infrastructure work with laboratories, suppliers, and site owners while following safety procedures.

If your an experienced telecom professional who enjoys hands-on technical work; Join us in operating, maintaining, and developing an internal Over-the-Air test network that supports advanced 5G and emerging 6G product verification. You will work in an operator-like environment where your expertise will directly enable innovation, faster learning, and high-quality network performance.
The network includes multiple antenna sites, radio nodes, basebands, servers, user equipment, fibre, power, and supporting infrastructure. The role combines field engineering, network operations, hardware integration, and test-network configuration, giving you the opportunity to take ownership from planning through implementation.
What you will do
• Operate, maintain, and develop the OTA test network across rooftop sites and supporting infrastructure.• Install, integrate, modify, and troubleshoot radios, antennas, basebands, servers, RAN cabling, fibre, and power equipment.• Carry out rooftop and mast activities, including antenna adjustments, radio replacements, and site modernisation.• Configure and maintain RAN nodes and user equipment, including commercial devices and prototype platforms.• Plan and document network topology, site changes, fibre connectivity, and implementation activities.• Support product verification and troubleshooting in close collaboration with engineers and development teams.• Coordinate network and infrastructure activities with laboratories, suppliers, and site owners.
Skills you bring;
• Experience working for a telecom operator or in RAN infrastructure, field engineering, integration, deployment, or test-network operations.• Hands-on experience with telecom OTA installations, radio equipment, antenna systems, fibre, cabling, power, and site infrastructure.• A good understanding of mobile-network architecture and radio-access solutions.• The ability to read, create, and maintain network documentation and implementation plans.• Confidence working independently and driving activities from planning through delivery.• Certification and experience in mast climbing or rooftop work, including relevant safety procedures.• A strong safety mindset and willingness to work outdoors.
