A Senior Brand Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to promote brand growth and ensure alignment with company goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead breakthrough innovation development to address portfolio gaps and address opportunities in new channel. Source for new and exciting format in partnership with CMs.
- Lead overall Brand Campaigns, coordinate and guide external media and creative agencies in creating new campaigns for local activations, and deployment mixes – ranging from purpose communications, traditional activations.
- Lead internal cross-functional team in the operations supporting the launches of projects and activations.
- Brand Custodian: Managing the local marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotions).
- Executions Lead for brand campaigns and innovations to drive business growth.
- Frontliner for Day-to-Day Brand Operations.
- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Processes from activity and demand planning to sales monitoring and analysis.
- Brand Health, Consumer and Retail Data Analysis.
- Delivering Business Results – topline and bottom line: manage A&P and demonstrate understanding on innovation business case to deliver profitable and sustainable model.
Experience & Qualification:
- 3 - 4 years' experience in marketing.
- Experience in snacking category is preferred.
- Experience in innovation development and project management.
- Experience in end-to-end marketing mix development.

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Highly creative and drive new initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies.
- Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders - both internal and external partners.
- Demonstrate good understanding of numbers and data with strong analytical skill.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- High degree of accountability & responsibility.
