Algida CBD Excellence Executive
We are seeking a CBD Excellence Executive to join our Customer Development – CBD Excellence Team, which plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing the cost operations and overall operational efficiency of our Distributor Trade (DT) network within the ice cream category.
This role requires a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional capable of managing and improving operational processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and digital transformation across DT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Systematically define, monitor, and report all operational costs within the scope of the Cost+ system across Ice Cream DT operations.
- Provide actionable insights to the Line Manager by analyzing cost-to-sales data and preparing operational P&L reports by location.
- Conduct regular field visits to operational sites, gather data on-site, and verify warehouse cost structures.
- Analyze annual DT cost budget increases by operation and region and prepare insightful reports.
- Collaborate with Procurement to engage with new suppliers and efficiently manage the procurement of materials, assets, and services for distributor operations.
- Identify root causes of cost increases and collaborate with both local and global teams to uncover cost-saving opportunities.
- Track performance against annual cost plans to ensure alignment with operational targets.
- Support digital transformation by developing cost reporting models and improving systems such as Peracost to streamline cost-related processes.
- Design and lead new efficiency projects aimed at enhancing distributor operations and driving sustainable cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and other digital platforms used in CBD operations, with a willingness to further develop in these areas.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multinational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and solving complex operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for contributing to the transformation of the ice cream business into a digitally driven, insights-led operation.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Turkish.
