Our Interview Process & Application for the role:
Our process is comprehensive to ensure we maintain quality throughout practices ensuring continuous improvements of Student Outcomes & Teacher Delivery Effectiveness.
Step 1: Application Submission (Please map the fields Section, Academics, Primary & Secondary Location correctly, rest of the things which are not applicable, please select NA or Not Applicable)
Generally, we screen profiles within 48 - 72 hours of submission. Due to high volumes, sometimes this can be slightly delayed.
Introductory Call with a HR member for Fitment covering your Experience & Impact
Step 2: Online Assessment to determine the Subject Proficiency and Online Demo. Right fit candidates would generally receive a virtual assessment to be completed within 48-72 hours of Step 1.
Step 3: In-Person round at School with Principal / Co-ordinator & Demo
Step 4: Technical Rounds with Senior member (HOS, Central Academic Team), if required
Step 5: Final Call with Senior HR member for closure & next steps.
