About the role
The Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management will lead a global team of engineering operations for our enterprise IAM program. This role is critical to ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable access for our workforce and partners.
Successful candidates must be able to lead a team in support of end to end IAM lifecycle development for engineering, operations and business enablement goals to be delivered. Experience leading outcomes that meet compliance in a fast pace environment aligned with business outcomes.
Strong emphasis on building scalable ABAC/RBAC programs, segregation of duties that scales and meets business needs, and leading a team supporting the Privileged Access Management program.
Must be able to develop partnerships across the security organization, particularly working with the global IAM Business Enablement and Engineering teams, business partners and global engineering organizations.
What You'll Do
Lead our identity and access management operational engineering team to deliver on keeping our core operational commitments (SSO integrations, Exception reviews, onboarding to IGA platform, etc.), while also supporting innovative strategic change projects.

- Experience developing, engineering, architecting, and leading identity and access management operations and technologies.

- Experience with identity and access management platforms and best practices.
- Experience developing and complying with policies, standards, and processes.
- Experience in key IAM concepts and technologies (e.g. least privilege, privileged access, segregation of duties, role based access controls, attribute based access controls, conditional access, authentication, authorization, federation, multi-factor authentication, user provisioning, user attestation, secrets management, zero trust, and user lifecycle workflows).
- Experience managing authentication and authorization of user, device, and application identities.
- Ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams.
